Was about to comment on the page; thanks for speaking for me. :P
Right now we're tweaking up a few bugs that need to be fixed first. The transformations taking effects when they shouldn't, Transforming into a certain characters when you shouldn't, and having other characters stats rather than the one you were to suppose to have.
I can't promise much of anything, especially since im more biased towards permanent weapons for funsies. But tweaking numbers and recipes is something that i'll keep in mind.
Like srlsy, make a config option to choose the transformation delay time.
While I do agree that having a timer to see how long until the next transformation is available, I am still firm in my opinion that the time between transformation is balanced. You could probably even reduce transformation time down to 15 or even 12 (but 12 is reeeally pushing it) and still have it be balanced, to be honest. But 10 minutes is a bit too fast, in my opinion.
tl;dr git gud
Although, I would endorse adding a config slider for this, as while some people like me like playing the game properly balanced and difficult, some people just like to play more powerful characters just for funsies, like OP. A config slider would allow for both people to be happy, hopefully having the balanced version be set as default (changing config options on dedicated servers is ugly).
AFAIK, there's no "Mercy" button. You simply /don't fight/.
