*don't do genocide kids.
And Chara turning into Frisk upon death, With a craftable item to 'Continue', Keeping any items you have in your inventory and keeping you as Chara without turning you into Frisk, But without having said item in inventory you turn into Frisk upon death, Losing your items too.
Having the ability to 'Continue' would be overpowered, Which is why it would cost HUGE amounts of materials, Probably large amounts of rare items and large amounts of hard-to-get items (Which is different, An item dropped by a boss is hard to get, where-as 'an item that MIGHT spawn if you do this' or 'it only appears when you do this' is considered rare), Thus allowing you to keep everything BUT the ability, It also increases your health a slight amount when an enemy deals the killing blow to you, rather than you dying.
In a nutshell, You keep everything you have on you, Including your current form, actually heals you a small amount, regardless of what form you are in and consumes the item on use/death.
+ Revival upon death.
+ Keep all inventory held items, And equipped items through revival.
+ Can't lose progress while you have one in your inventory.
+ Don't lose your current form.
+ In the right situation, Heals you.
+ All monsters attacking you when you die go back to normal, i.e. Spiders and Bees returning to their nest/hive.
+ Allows you to run away if you die in combat.
- One use only.
- Can't give it to other players. (Dropping it destroys the item if another player attempts to pick it up.)
- If a monster is on top of your dead body, Reviving is a bad idea.
- Costs insane amounts of resources, Having buddies help you look or farm for the items you need is probably the only way you are going to get this in a reasonable amount of time.
- Does not restore Hunger or Sanity upon revival, 'Continue' will not save you from starvation or going insane.
- Some items needed to craft it might spawn once in the game, meaning you'd need to travel between worlds in order to obtain this much power ONCE.
- This is the power to defy death itself, You aren't going to obtain it easily.
- Might also require you to use all your equipment (in this mod) to make it.
Other than that this was an awsome mod. :)
