Response and Ideas
(Keep in mind this is meant to go towards the creator. If you want context, look at the recent comments on the front page of the addon between me and them.)

Just let your imagination go wild. I don't know how many ideas I can offer, but I think you should start getting back into modding, you do a pretty damn well job at it. Until then, i'll continue enjoying this addon. Hope you can come back soon. :D

As for the ideas, I believe you should branch out to more insane/fun varieties similar to that of the pull banana. I have quite the imagination so i'll have a lot more the longer I think of some, but as of now I have four I believe would be nice as an addition:

- Maybe a sort of mega banana that causes the individual bananas to explode into even more bananas. In short, another wave of clusters will be shot out after the first. This comes at the cost of a smaller blast radius, damage, and are overall heavier (shorter launch/bounce distance). It came to me after this idea that it would be a bit complicated with how the mechanics would work with the bananas, so bear with me. If you choose the cluster as a different banana, ex. pull, then both the first and second cluster wave will be that type. If you choose the mega banana as the cluster, it'll have an extra wave after the 2nd. So all in all, choosing this type as the main and cluster would have 3 sets of clusters instead of the usual 2. If you still don't understand how the mechanics would work, i'll explain deeper since this was really hard to type out. The color would be best as orange.

- Homing bananas that simply follow nearest target from the shooter. There could be an option where you can select what specific group of NPC's and/or other players that are preferred as targets. (Groups can be more general like combine, zombies, resistance npc's, etc.) The clusters do not have to follow the same target, as each individual banana will go to what is nearest to them. The color is honestly up in the air, but I would say a brighter type as a suggestion

- Another idea are bananas that explode on contact or after a certain amount of bounces rather than having to detonate them manually (this could be applied on the homing variation if it doesn't turn out to be its own thing.) This would go best as red or any dark color.

- A poison banana that deals damage for a decent amount of time, a bigger radius, but a heafty decrease damage from initial explosion would be great for crowd control. The color is usually green in the sense of poisonous related things, though the color can also be purple as I feel other gmod acidic-based weapons use that as an alternative.

And as a side note of the addon entirely. I think the bananas as of right now have a massive radius and deal a bit too high of damage damage that caused alot of accidental deaths in-game. This could be dealt by affecting every banana or via an option setting of how much damage would be done by specific types of bananas.

Sorry about the huge message, I just love the concept of this and believe it should be expanded upon more than it already has. Any idea that seems stupid would, for sure, be fun to have included. Variety is crucial in many addons, and that includes this one. A huge amount of combinations and types will increase its popularity and reusability. In other words, it would always be fun to use even after playing with it for a long time. Have fun reading this, it took me almost an hour to type it all.
