I have now fixed it for anyone needing help go in utilities and find the tab an just disable it!

Sorry I have not posted in a while for some reason there are settings to turn it off in utilities

uninstall gmod and never touch it again

Try verifying your game files by clicking the cog Wheel on your gmod section
Installed files ---> Verify files
