If you have a playermodel with bodygroups, this mod causes them all to revert back to '1' after dying. This is because your ragdoll gets reloaded, with a tiny invisible camera where your eyes are, showing a "First Person Death". However, when your ragdoll is reloaded by the mod, the bodygroups aren't copied, and your playermodel could be completely different.
