Does not appear to work.
Do you need to start a new game for it to take effect?

You can only play the mods in campaigns you start with them. Adding mods won't make your existing campaign different. Start a new one.

I don't see anything in the launcher. I've subscribed and it doesn't seem to do anything, even with a new campaign.

The first time I started it I had a couple long war mods subscribed too. The game did not show any mods in the launcher. I removed the long war mods and this one shows up.

It seems to be a bit wonky for some people.
If you have trouble getting it to work, try downloading http://www.filedropper.com/timertweaks_1 and extracting the folder to \XCOM 2\XComGame\Mods

Same for me. I noticed it when I had to rescue 6 civilians like vanilla. I dont mind rescuing 6 civilians, but I did liked the extra turns on other missions.

The change to terror missions was removed, since there were reports of it possibly corrupting saves.

Oh ok! Thanks for clarifying. Disregard then. :TR:

I am not subscribed to any other mods.

I updated the mod a few minutes ago, I'm hoping it fixes the launcher problem, but as I can't seem to replicate the problem, I have no way to be sure.

hey bud, was about to add the file to the mods folder, just to be safe and make sure it works...

but i cant seem to find the "mods" folder :S
could you give me an idea where to find it
i've got to the xcomgame folder and i hit a grinding halt

also,
i've noticed theres do xcom2>xcomgame folders
one in my documents and on in steam apps
(which one should i go to)

<edit>
also at first i thought it was because the mod wasn't activated so i double checked that i sub'ed to it, and that i turned it on in the splash screen.... but still no folder :S.

could i have an idea when the first chance i can see if this mod works or not
(what kind of mission)

\Steam\SteamApps\common\XCOM 2\XComGame\Mods is the one you want I believe, but if that doesn't work, try the one in documents.
The mod should alter timers during hacking, VIP, destroy and recover object missions, as well as their variants. VIP missions should have a 16 turn timer, and the rest a 12 turn timer.
