This mod doesn't disable achievements. It is clearly described in the mod's description

Mods cannot disable achievements, but a mod (if made on purpose to block said road to achievements.) can stop you from earning the achievement, however, no matter what you have if you just start playing, you'll earn an achievement sooner or later.
