Request: "Neck" guard

I've found myself using the Tac Mask in a few places just because it covers the wearer's neck (Like with the powered armor helmets) - It'd be really nice to have something to use for this taht wouldn't block the soldier's face as well.

There is black collar face paint in the Star Wars helmets mod.

I agree this is the one thing I think is missing espeically when your using power armor. All I want is like a kevlar neck cover. it woulr be great as part of the armor torso or even a new armor tab.
