I originally tried to use this mod in hopes it could work. Unfortunately, there is no hacking bonus period now when I equip the skulljack!

Does anyone else have this problem?

The mods i used this with and then took them out were:
Hacking rebalanced
No AP Hacking
Hack Plus

All of them removed and then tried but no dice. Any help would be great
