*_ModShaderCache.upk is way too large for this mod
Your ModShaderCache is way too big, it should be about 150KB. See this page for instructions on how to fix it.

It really shouldn't be deleted then. Try it anyways if you want, but remember to backup your file.

Please read the thread further, it turns out the 85MB thing is a bug. You need to delete the file after building, then rebuild again, and the file will be recreated with the correct size (usually around 150KB).

The file size is important because having such a large shader cache drastically increases loading time and memory usage.
