Voice Surround sound not working properly.
So I've had this issue for months since getting tfar for the unit i'm in.
The issue is that I can hear people talking out of my left ear muff just fine, but when they move to my right side the volume is cut in half.

This is an Arma 3 only problem in every other game or application my headset works just fine.
I've checked my headset drivers and they are up to date.
I use a Steelseries Arctic 7 with the Steelseries Engine 3 installed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Known issue with the Arctic 7.
Fix: Don't use the dedicated VON audio channel. It doesn't support stereo.

Posting (to be confirmed) solution for anyone with an Arctis 7 or similar headset.

Go to Teamspeak -> Options -> Playback -> Playback Device: -> Headphones (Arctis 7 Game).

By default teamspeak seems to use the Headset Earphone (Arctis 7 Chat) which, as the developer said, doesn't seem to support stereo.

I can confirm that this is the solution, you'll probably have to flip your audio to chat being used for games and game being used for chat related things.
