API out of date
I've downloaded the files and copied them into the required folders from the github site. TeamSpeak 3 sees the addon but in red text says "Plugin failed to load: API version is not compatible: 20 (minimum: 23, current: 25) I checked TS for updates and found none, re-installed Task Force Radio to make sure i had the current version and got the same error. Don't know what isn't working or if there is a download i'm not seeing.

Which files did you download from github?
The plugin version of the file that's on GitHub is 23.

I downloaded "archive with walkie-talkie 0.9.7.3" which i assumed was the most current version.

where do i actually put the contents of this zip? i still cant get TFAR to show up properly in the teamspeak plugins
