Just incase it didn't get noticed in the mess of comments, I can't connect to the instructions website, I've set this up before but the http://radio.task-force.ru/en/ site isn't responding to my web browser (chrome)

The site has been down for a couple months and the owner isn't reachable. It likely won't come back. I should update the description..
