Cool. Then I'll gladly re-post from the comments section

Great mod and cool ideas! If possible I'd love to see a "Psi Assassin", a Psi class with a sword, probably OP but awesome! Maybe make pistol the primary weapon, so you really have to rely on psi powers and getting close with your sword. :)

I just goofed around with "BigDamnPunch." If you can make something that utilizes gun-butt smacking that'd be pretty neat.
How about something along the lines of mec troopers or gene modding? Okay maybe it would be nearly impossible but hey, A guy can dream.

I would like to be able to edit the "Hero" characters like Sid Mier and Van Doorn.

Something that utilizes the ressurection powers (there are 2 that I noticed playing through the game - one on sectoids and one on gateways.)

My immediate thought with the Assassin class would be an ability to reinduce Concealment, or something similar.

The assassin has access to the 'Conceal' ability, which gives you the option to enter concealment once per mission. This can be unlocked at Sergeant rank. It also starts with Phantom, meaning it remains concealed when the rest of the team is spotted, and it starts in concealment on missions where the rest of the team don't (e.g. Retaliation strikes).

A psionic class that can go either offensive, or supportive with heals?

Seems like this is based off of the mass effect classes.

I would really like to see a traditional medic class more akin to XCOM:LW as I am just not a fan of the specialist class' gremlin.

I would also like to hear what ideas the authors have in mind and how they progress with their planned classes. A little brainstorming maybe? :)

We are planning on a heavy class and a medic class for now. It may be a while before they are available beacause we are busy with Uni and work, but those are the two that we will be focusing on for now. Would you guys prefer the medic or the heavy to be released first?

Yeah, I'm doing univ and 2 work just to pay the univ and my rented hole others call "house" so its fairly understandable :)

What would you have in mind for the heavy? What role/roles it should play?

Also there is a mod out that adds a weapon resembling the xcom eu heavy's gun, here's the link: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=624575112&searchtext=
I tried it out, works well and also a fully customisable gun that might differentiate your heavy better from other classes. Uniqueness is always a good idea when building classes.

Any plans to give the classes their own GTS perks (for that small mid game boost that other classes get, like crit explosives)?

Also any plans to give the classes their own unique skills? This way they can each feel a bit more unique feel and let you balance and modify any of the origional skills without compatability issues.
