TOAR - add military/civil site?

Hello,

im messing arround, and im getting now less errors as before. and still try to do things.
anyway, is it possible to add an entitie/asset into a taor and then, ALiVE recognize as military site e.g.? or do ive to spawn a custom objectiv with a military composition?
