Improvements for the models
having the models is great but in their current state they are quite difficult to use. Here are a few things that would make the models much easier to use
-Viper tail bones that move one another (one tailbone moves the ones behind it)
-faceposing via sliders instead of bones. faceposing via bones is not the best and is often innacurate and difficult to use.
-Viper mouth is broken. When opening the jaw the lips stay attached to the upper half of the mouth making even opening the mouth a difficult job.

Anime was a mistake  [developer] 11 Feb, 2016 @ 11:26am
1)I know, can't do anything with it without rerigging it from scratch,I just don't so much time to do it.
2)Same reason why there is no option for faceposing via sliders (still don't understand why there so much complaining about bones face posing).
3)It's not broken, you just need to move additional bones named something like "LowerLipR1,LowerLipL1 and etc.).

If you want, I could take a crack at improving them, at lease with faceposing sliders.

And probably the bones, from the sound of it, it's more of a case of an unfixed hierarchy/parent bones

Yes that would be lovely

For the record, I fixed the tail in about 5 minutes. They just had to be parented to eachother.

The faceposing is a tiny bit more lengthy. I've just started on the right eyelids, which need quite a bit of finageling to look good when open. If it's cool with the posters, I can upload (or send to the posters to upload) the version with the fixed tail.

Faceposing with bones gives the best result in terms of how accurate the face can be posed.

Thats good for posters but for animation it makes it much more difficult. Maybe we could have 2 seperate models. One with bones and one with sliders.

Yes and no. Bones do give a lot more freedom with posing, but that's null when the bones themselves are hard to use, such as by being difficult to properly manupulate into position. In Blender, for instance, it isn't as big of an issue, as it offers a much greater degree of easy control over bone and vertex-manupulation. SFM isn't as accomodating, which is why models either need flexes or really well-done bones to be usable.
