I'm using Sentinel Class Mod and Lucubrations Infantry Class mods, both of which have pistols as secondary weapons. Anytime I use Overwatch All or Overwatch Others, soldiers of either of these two classes use Pistol Overwatch instead of primary weapons. This doesn't seem to happen with vanilla sniper class soldiers (unless they've moved and can't fire the sniper rifle, obviously)
