What happens is all your default colors overwrite what I set manually in the ini. Which sucks. But, I mean, thanks for doing all this for free... it's awesome.. I was just caught off guard when everything changed back.

Furthermore, it doesn't want to take my ini changes anymore. I'm changing them the same way I was last time, but now your color choices always return. If I change an armor color on the customization menu, then go back to the full squad loadout screen, then back to individual soldier customization again, your default colors take over again.

Ugh, the game randomly writes default configs to disk, making them permanent. I didn't think custom mod values got written too, but I'm not sure how else to explain the issue you're seeing.

Try searching through the files in
And see any of the files contain "UnitColors=". You can search through all files at once using something like Notepad++.

Sorry about the config being overwritten every time I update, nothing I can really do about that. Every mod has the same issue, and there's no good solution to my knowledge.
