What I'd like to see in the future
Abmittedly all this would be a lot of work to implement but we're talking pie in the sky here.

- Skulljack makes organics (Advent but also Sneks and possibly Sects/Muttons) go Unconscious instead of ded
- Unconscious enemies can be carried back and extracted to the Avenger
- Those enemies can have their implants reprogrammed as a Proving Grounds project. Reprogrammed enemies show up in the barracks with access to their original gear (needs to be done for each unit, maybe individually or once per type)
- Converted units either keep their original skills or regain them by ranking up on a dedicated Skill Tree. Possibly a combination of both : start up with the skills they had before conversion, and develop more with experience

- Mech units would be acquired by either extracting a temporarily hacked unit and then reprogramming it in Proving Grounds, or straight up rebuilding them out of wrecks (which should be more expensive).
- Ideally they would also have their original weapons and skills, but I don't think they need to/should gain new stuff through XP. Upgrades in the PG and/or tied to research and other projects (advanced explosives boosts micro missiles, etc) would be nice though.

Mechs can now be created in the proving grounds, it takes 2 MEC wrecks 20 supplies and 40 elerium(this is configurable in a .INI) and when it is complete the mech is added to your barracks, this is coming in the next update.

I've already said this but I thought I'd say it again just in case. You plan on adding all the ADVENT right? Is the Muton and Andromedon next?

You should add the ability to take out the brain chip of enemies that a psi-operative has mind-contolled/dominated as a proving ground project (or AWC project, more realistically)

Or just any enemy that is 'unconcious'
Note: add ways to knock out enemies
