Ok so my idea

Pros:

+50% Movement speed while firing or reved-up
+15% Damage resistance while firing or reved up

Cons:

-50% Max ammo
+15% Damage vulnerability while not firing

it would be to op have regular ammo but a reductuion of movement speed when firing or reved

Pros:

Able to move while crouched
Frontal attacks deal 5% less damage

Cons:
-10% ammo from ammo boxes
+5% damage taken from behind

Simple and effective.

ANOTHER CON for speed reduction
That sounds nice what if u ad an affect for everyone on your team when you are fireing it like defence?

Awesome idea, with the wheels on it for more mobility, the heavy needs options like this. I was personally thinking a minigun with a rocket launcher attachment, allowing heavy to do a single jump, or fire into a crowd. I think the stats are great, but id like to see it shift more to the realm of low damage high mobility even further. Still looks sweet though. would defientely want in the game.

Problem being that the whole point is more mobility, I think a damage penalty could be implemented, for mobility combined with low damage. hit and run like scout.

eh heavy is not suppose to hit and run like a scout or sniper
like i said see if ou can add a defence buff on players who are around when you fire it.
