Posted this in comments but I'll repeat here just in case:

Can you make a version or post the needed edits to make the Armoed to the Teeth bonus still active?
Also, is there anything to replace the Armed to the Teeth bonus or does it simply disappear leaving one country without a bonus?

This is explained in the description.

The mod checks each continent for Armed to the Teeth, then replaces it with a random unused regional bonus if it sees it anywhere.

In a future version I plan on changing the actual bonus effect.

Is it possible that this mod makes the "Who needs Tygan?" achievement unobtainable?

Because I tried it 3 times now and I made sure that it wasn't a mistake on my part. So it must be one of the mods.

Just an FYI, your uninstall url in the readme is
~ Remove the folder \Steam\steamapps\common\XCOM 2\XComGame\Mods\LW_AlienPack\

ahh this explains why i never see armed to the teeth bonus throughout 7 campaigns it never shows up period.

FYI to fix the InstallNewCampaign() problem that breaks gatecrasher:

you should remove the line `GAMERULES.SubmitGameState(NewGameState);
and modify the parameter StartState without submitting, instead.
