Road Customizer Tool (lanes) does not work

Vehicles still take lanes as they see fit and do not obey the rules imposed with this mod. I've waited for the traffic to clear and new vehicles to form they route according to the new rules but they still do not use lanes properly.

Im having this same issue. Cannot edit the bus lanes either. Buses wont travel in bus lanes, emergency vehicles wont use bus lanes with lights and sirens.

I am also seeing that the tool stopped working for trains. They will no longer obey the allowed directions, making routing trains properly through a complex junction impossible.

So.... If I understood correctly nobody resolved this problem yet? I'm having the same problem but it arises not at all segmets.
