I would like to see more cars priorities car parks before parking on the roads.

I used the Rush Hour mod to address this, but at the moment cars drive through buildings to use the car parks in Rush Hour, its not ideal but it kinda works i guess.

It would be nice if Traffic ++ increased the desire to use car parks properly because without Rush Hour the car parks are almost always empty.
