Hey there. I was messing around with the mod files to learn how to mod theaters (the source you posted is outdated so I hope you don't mind me extracting your .vpk :P) and I managed to make Survival mode work (in your playlist file it was being forced the tigg_weapons.theater instead of the tigg_survival.theater so I renamed and it worked) and I updated the tigg_survival.theater with the code from the current default_survival.theater and it seemed to fix the enemy soldiers missing every shot and the walking ERRORs.I thought I would just post it her to let you know in case you're willing to update it in the future.
