Compatibility with "Better Birthdates" by thegrimsqueaker72
Better Birthdates by thegrimsqueaker72 "changes the age range of randomly generated personnel to 18-50. Specific backstories are configured to have a specific age range (for example all war heroes are now at least 38)"

I've created a XComBirthdays.ini for the backstories of this mod. It's on Pastebin:

Save that text as "XComBirthdays.ini" in the "More Random Backstories" Config directory, e.g.
Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\268500\626140605\Config

And, according to GrimyBunyip, if you also have "Better Birthdates" installed then that mod will adjust the troopers etc. birthdays to ones which are more realistic for the backstory given to them by this mod.

Let me know how people get on with it. Haven't actually tried it out with a new campaign myself as I'm trying to get my current one finished before the patch drops and I need to update all my mods.

I will be checking this out over the weekend when I get the chance.

Maybe this will be the kick in the pants I need to get back to finishing those new stories too. :)

Ok, FINALLY got the time to work on this. I hope you don't mind, but I'm going to leave much of the commented stuff you put in as you did. It's very well done and I'm only going to tweak the format I need to.

If this works out I'll credit you for pointing this out to me in the readme.
