server disconnection
every once in a while, TD keeps disconnecting while playing online battle. I didn't have this problem if i'm playing dota online. any suggestions?

i get disconnected in any steam game i play online.... i can play any other online non steam games. i really dont know what to do

Is it just a disconnect or is a crash? There's currently a known bug where the game crashes early on in the game consistently if you've got a computer with 4GB of RAM or less due to precache issues. We're working on a fix that might solve it, but no guarantees.


The other cause of potential disconnect issues is while a bunch of custom games do have dedicated servers, they don't cover nearly the same range as their standard dota servers around the world, so depending on where you live, you might naturally get worse connection with EleTD than Dota 2. One of our developers actually straight up can't play the game online due to issues with dedicated servers.
