Ain't no way the Valve employees that's in charge of adding new stuffs into the game every summer, halloween and winter isn't aware of this one taunt that has received more than 1000 awards and highly requested by the community.

Following up on steam user "Not gavin" 's discussion post earlier here, an Original Music that is tailor-made for this taunt with "groovy" vibes to it (yes, groovy vibe is the way to go for this taunt), is the only key ingredient left for this taunt to get accepted.

In short, Valve is definitely aware of this taunt, but it needs a good (and groovy) Original Music from the author for it to get accepted into the game.
