Report a translation problem
These work perfectly fine on my end. Gamemodes or addons sometimes set your run/walk/jump speed/power. So be aware of that.
Unless you have more information. I'm completely unable to know how this does not work. As it does in fact work properly.
Are you using a number like 0.5 or 3? Any additional information? I'll look into it soon anyway.
What commands have you tried? Absolutely nothing happens?
I might need to add a extra singleplayer check.
Use /hp to set your health to any value.The command seems correct from what I see. When I went into gmod I typed /maxhp 200 then I picked up health kits and my health went up past 100.

Two questions to start off with I guess.
Do you have any new addons and is devmode still showing up in gmod's addon list at the main menu?
It teleports you where you are looking at. Although strangely enough I swear that was supposed to be /blink for doing that and /tele was supposed to be cordinate based.
