If you plan on creating new creatures like elasmosaur, can you give it an oxygen stat and possibly reduced mobility on dry ground? And is it possible to edit the heads of the plesiosaur so it isn't quite so freakish looking with snake eyes? You'd assume a creature living in the darkness of the ocean depths would have enlarged pupils, not the slits that the current plesio model has. Awesome mod so far, looking forward to the updates.
my game ill go into it and load up single player and everyhing up to that ponit works and then it comes up with potioning ark and then my video drivers crash but my pc is new and fully updated anyone know why or how to fix it ?

Sorry for ur unfortunate circumstances but that is not my mod's issue sorry. Try posting in the Ark Discussions forum so that other players or the devs can help you?

Try updating ur graphic card drivers and what is ur graphics card? Can it run ark? ark is horribly optimised atm.

You should make the saddle able to be seen also, maybe update the size of the saddle too?

I just want to say a thank you, because I'm a big fan of sharks, and this mod makes my day. One of the first things I did when I played ARK was to run into the water to find (sacrifice myself to) a Meg, and my first thought was how disappointingly small! I wanted to ask you, have you ever read the book series about Megs by Steve Alten?

Read it a few years back. However, its a really terribly written book eh.

I agree they are terribly written. BUT they are about Megs, which makes it fun. I consider them my trashy novel guilty pleasures. :)

Thanks for this mod. love it alot. I dont know if you plan on doing this or if it is possible. Is there a way to have the shark breach when a flying character comes by? This would be good for multiplayer. You can see the flyer above the water. You can time you ascent and breach. A bit of programming Im sure. Just thought it would be a cool idea. Like the Mosasaur did in Jurassic World movie. Also how do I get the blueprint path so I can configure the level of the spawn? Thanks again.

Hi Linnsanity,

I run my own server and have just installed this mod, I like the idea of larger sharks but I am a bit concerned about the 1500 base damage.
That seems a bit high, given the giga has 1200, is there a way to lower that if I feel it's too high?

Cheers for the effort,

Rum

Currently no. But the damage modifiers are nerfed o an average of so the attack should be less than 2k. AND attack stamina cost is 250. To put that in perspective an average dino attack stamina cost is ...5.

Tamed ones are nerfed even more.

But I may edit it based on feedback. Considering to change it back to 1250 :)

Running this mod on a server with accelerated rates, so only high level mosas can contest giant megalodons. Lots of positive feedback from my players in that regard. However, 2 concerns:

1) They are spawning in groups of 20++++ on the ocean floor

2) They hardly give any exp, I'm assuming it's roughly the same as a normal megalodon? Would love to see at least an exp boost given that they are like gigas in the water

1) Ohh. Spawning problems for darkwater_bp i think. Will fix that problem.

2) Yea I intend to make them give more xp. Didnt touch the file that configures xp at first cus i was afraid to mess up other stuff like taming etc. I will update the mod to make them give more xp :)

Thx for the feedback!
