Element Fragments 5k stacks please :)

I run a server and have people trying to clone dinos, but with the higher levels cloning is costing 150k+ fragments. This is obviously an issue as with 1k stacks the cloning machine can only hold 48 stacks (48k fragments) a 5k stack would cover this completely.
