If you mean the engrams are missing, you need to remember to mindwipe yourself as per instructions in the mod descrip, and relearn the engrams like sparkpowder etc.
I made a mod called Utility Tames. In it is a dino called CupstoneAnkylo... it has the ability to craft Mortar and Pestle items in its inventory. I added a number of custom items (flint made from stone, for example). The custom items have no issue. Those engrams appear as "able to craft" once the player learns the stone hatchet.
The issue is with the items i added that appear as "able to craft" when the player learns the following vanilla engrams: sparkpowder, gunpowder, cementing paste, stimulant, narcotics, and bug repellant. So, for example, the option to craft 10-times the amount of sparkpowder will only appear when the player learns the vanilla sparkpowder engram. But when I put my mod with this mod and learn the vanilla sparkpowder engram, the 10-times sparkpowder does not appear as "able to craft" in the Cupstone Ankylo's inventory. Once i removed your mod, this issue went away and all my 10-times sparkpowder, stimulant, etc engrams appear as "able to craft" when i learn their vanilla counterpart engrams (sparkpowder, stimulant, etc). The only problem is I don't want to remove your mod from my public server....
Now, I'm guessing that if i went to all of my 10-times items (sparkpowder, stimulant, etc) and made them like my custom items where those engrams appear as "able to craft" once the player learns the stone hatchet, it will work... It just makes more sense that the player gets the ability to craft 10-times sparkpowder when they get the ability to craft sparkpowder...
Sorry for the long explanation... seems I still have to practice the combination of clarity and brevity...
