Bug raw meat

I have a problem changing the "ItemStackSizeMultiplier="
By putting on 0.04 I get a maximum of 1 stack of 400 fibers (normally 10000 with the mod)
While the raw meat I only get 1 stack of 2 (Normally 2000) So the calculation is not good, where it is not 2000 by default as indicated?
