bug: atmospheric drone suddenly flying upward without stopping
Hi mate, first off, congrats on this script, it's insane and i love it. I came here 'cause i encoutered a bit of a bug using it on one of my creation, it's basically a VTOL transport with 3 moving doors, the turret being at the rear i thought that putting the ship higher up above me would do great against spiders, landing on an aera and then turning companion on, using it as a aera denial system, and it does work great, up to the point where up thruster just overide themselves at max speed and never let go. As i said ship has moving parts but all were locked when it happenned. There's a few modded blocks but mostly cosmetic ones (though my up thrusters do are moded atmos ones). now i'm guessing it has to do with the waypoint system doing some wacky sh*t and putting them in orbit or so but i might be wrong, as when i went chasing the f*ucker and managed to get above it it started going downwards. Might also be the planet mesh not being properly done (noticed that my sensor detected the ground way before they should have) If you want that save to try and check what's wrong let me know i'll upload it.

i'll precise that i tried using a 10Km range sensor to fix the issue but it diden't fix anything.

EDIT: spiders seem to fly arround too, dunno if it's usual for them to do so.

Heh, forth time this issue popping up and still have no f*king clue, what is the main reson for it. Should be some calculation error for lost target or... don't know, game enguene issues with G calculation? Multiple grids shouldn't be a problem, TotalMass shows total ship mass, with subgrids.
I'll try to catch it with simple grids, locate error.

Hmm, looks like I finally catch this error. I finally got some free time and I not nearly statisfied with current script state, I'll try to spend some time to fix it and improve functionality.
