Suggestions for animations
Write your suggestion for any animation that you would like to change for Viper or other aliens or XCOM

Having checked the animations a bit, perhaps consider using the 'blow kiss' animation for a close-up reveal animation rather than the poison spit. I can get sass, but they're still soldiers :v

The panic animation is also about perfect in the natural Viper. Though maybe a contorted, panicked face every so often looking upwards could also add some character. Sass backfires.

I do agree about the blow kiss anim , also the particles don't really match the animation :P
About the panic animation , I had the same idea and will do just like you said.

I'm glad to see custom animations are now possible! If I can make a recommendation: Some mods allow you to use the Pistol or Sword as your "Primary" weapon. The big problem, of course, is that there is no idle animation for holding those weapons. If you're interested, that might be an interesting project to tackle.

Could do , although authors that made swords/pistols only mods would need to code it so it is being used without overwiting normal XCOM soldiers archetype

There is alot of room for any melee animation , could do that and i hope that i will do that -becouse melee animations are really weird when it comes to actually working ingame :P

So you could in theory make a new class that uses exclusively melee attacks , and perform custom animations for each one?

hmmm when she constricts a trooper something cute like? a hug or soemthing? XD hell change the whole thing and have her pin down the trooper on their backs XD tis the best animation for snek waifu

Would it be possible to make it so that the mod only affects some of the snakes? That way there is a bit of variety on the map and you could possibly see both kinds on the same map? Perhaps that might be better for a seperate mod or something. *shrugs* Awesome work either way, great job over all. :)

Noted , good call. You made me think on something very similiar that would be nice addition to game. :D

Trying to work on bind animation , snake tail bones are little annoying but hoping to get one of which done

The constrict animation should trap the soldier up against her chest, like the motorboat idea that one guy was suggesting. Give her a smug grin with it, would be pretty fun

Would it be possible to make multiple animations for the same action? Like have a few different poses she could constrict with?
Also maybe she could occasionally lick the constricted soldier's face.

From what I understand, I think aliens might have an animation where they react to being flanked, maybe the viper could turn to face the soldier flanking them and give them a seductive hip wiggle and bedroom eyes.
Hey there is a moder on nexus that makes Vipers and mechs playable charaters in xcom. The problem is much of the animations are broken or not there. Viper in ship/ Viper tossing gernade (does it with tong)/ Viper vanish when using the Evac. The main point is that there is no animations for that. Can you help?
