Sassy Viper Mod

Is *_ModShaderCache.upk necessary for this mod?
According to this page many mods can delete *_ModShaderCache.upk to clear out 85MB of unnecessary junk.

That one file takes up about 90% the size of your mod, so it's worth investigating if you can get rid of it.

The mod shader takes +80mb while the needed files for mod take only 4.5 mb so deleting it would be really good improvement , although I would need to test if it won't corrupt any of the animation. Thanks for heads up. Unfortunately I lost the project files of the mod and can't update it before i get solution on how to somehow retrieve it :F

im pretty sure u need to create a new mod then.

Looks like it , wrote to Firaxis tho so there is always hope

Hey , after upgrading to Win 10 I hoped that Steam Cloud would save atleast anything when enabled , in comparison to what actually it saved and that is 0kb :D

Try recreating a mod with the same name and adding all the files from the workshop to the project (do you still have the files you need to make model edits? I'm not sure, I don't know anything about modeling)

Everything that has the animation is fine , i m just missing the 1 project file that has information that the mod already exists in workshop and i can update it

project/solution files are just xml files, you can edit those in notepad. Maybe you can fill in the information that's missing? The project ID is 631509676 (it's in the URL).

Make sure you create the new project with exactly the same name you used originally.

I though about it the same way , i do have the ID , but it would be really easy for someone else to just get the nessecary information and to change someone else mod. But I'm going to try this later.

Publishing is tied to your Steam account, no one else can publish to your mods without access to your Steam account.

Both these things i also had in mind , working with lovely author of Advent Mod so the appearance should be possible - psi propably later.

Well I'm going to try some things with modbuddy but for now I don't know how soon it is going to be fixed.
You could try to delete the modshader for yourself and see if steam won't download it again.
steamlibrary>steamapps>workshop>content>268500>? (search for sassy)
