It might be beneficial to you as an author to place the versioning in your bikey's name.

For example, the way CBA names their key: "cba_3.1.1.161012.bikey", you could call yours something like "RemoveStamina_1.04.bikey"

As a server admin, it makes it much easier on me to have the name of the bikey better reflect what mod it goes to, not to mention allowing people with older versions of client side mods to connect if needed.
