Dino Color Plus must be first in the mod load order as we must define the colors in the Primal Game Data. Until the Ark Dev Kit allows us to add additional colors, rather than redefine colors (a bit like you can define additional engrams) our mod cannot be used with other mods that must also be first in the mod load order :(
