I figured it out. My COA editor was not allowing it to work. With it on, it would crash after I clicked start game. The starting date I used was Charlemagne. Main reason I downloaded the mod was because I didnt want the Franks to look like potato heads lol
EDIT: Problem can be solved after all, it's not the Finno-Ugric pack you need to check, it's the Conclave Content Pack, which is a separate DLC that changes Finno-Ugric faces a second time. That solved the issue for me, I hope it works for @Krogan too.
Ya I realized it was conclave content pack, which is bad, as I dont have that and have no money. Rip
No, but in all seriousness, rather than some of them having veils over their faces, it's just invisible. Their whole face, except for their eyes and hat. I can provide a screenshot. I believe your mod is the culprit.
EDIT: I just bought the Conclave Content Pack. It fixed the Finns like expected, but the Indians still have those invisibility veils.
The only content I don't have is Viking Metal, one of the E-Books and Conclave itself.
EDIT:
Eh, my bad I guess?
I still cant seem to activate the DLC, I'll contact Paradox or something
