Bulk Narcotics not appearing
It says it can only be made in the Mortar and Pestle but the recipe is not appearing in it.

yeah, my bulk grinder only shows bulk cementing paste.

Also, I looked at in the Bulk Smithy I can only make a regular fabricator, and the bulk fabricator is made in player inventory, is that intentional?

Well I am an idiot, it wasn't there because I never learned the engrams, oddly though, there was two, but both were the same, now that I have the engrams, there is still two of the original, but at least the x5 is there now

The fabricator things is still a thing though
