I think adamzam has some good ideas, so heres my rethink of it:
Pros:
-90% arc(its still a cannon)
+50% projectile speed
On hit: Add 1 explosive charge
Alt-fire: Charging forward with a shield now spawns bombs around the demoman shooting out in random angles.( for -75% weapon damage)
Detonating stickybombs when charge is full now increases their splash radius by 25%
Cons:
-50% splash radius
-75% clipsize
able to preform explosive head shots
-75% clip size
-50% max primary weapon ammo on wearer
explosive head shots only deals 150 damage

hows that? one to many stats? trying to be a middle man with the stats.. not to sucky, not to over powered.
