Obvious stat for this weapon: -75% clip size.

And in my opinion, also a backpack reload.

Please note, fast projectiles and extra damage on granades are prone to be problematic.

Pros:
+25% Splash radius
+25% push force
+10% movement speed
Cons:
-75% clip size (as mishael said already)
-10% max ammo

A great weapon to disperse large groups.

pros:
-100% arc
+50% projectile speed
+5% damage on kill for 4 kills
assists increase clip size, if you get the kill, you get nothing but a kill.(up to 3 ammo capacity)
cons:
-20% damage
can't bounce off walls, instead explodes on impact
-75% clip size







it's like the direct hit, but for demos.
it gives a twist to the art of demoman, but not demoknight, demomen with this will have a low capacity rocket launcher, but with assists can get to the capacity of a black box.
I think it would be a good weapon, but my stats may not be good enough to pick.

100% bigger clipsize
Press mouse 3 to switch to shooting pipe bombs that can detonate automatically.
cons:
50% less damage.
Takes up secondary
Pipe bombs can't stick on walls.

It only has a single chamber so we should think in a one hit destroyer weapon.
I think adamzam has some good ideas, so heres my rethink of it:
Pros:
-90% arc(its still a cannon)
+50% projectile speed
On hit: Add 1 explosive charge
Alt-fire: Charging forward with a shield now spawns bombs around the demoman shooting out in random angles.( for -75% weapon damage)
Detonating stickybombs when charge is full now increases their splash radius by 25%
Cons:
-50% splash radius
-75% clipsize

Thats some interesting idea, but i would replace fixed damage with crit on target and aoe minicrit on surronding targets.
- one shot per clip
- no random crits
- 30% reload speed
- 80% ark
+ 1/4 chance of bleed on mid to far targets
+ wider splash raidius
and maybe lower normal damage, and slightly higher than stock launcher damage for the next shot if you destroy a level 3 sentry?

hows that? one to many stats? trying to be a middle man with the stats.. not to sucky, not to over powered.

- Launched bombs will explode on surfaces

- -25% explosion raidius

- -20% damage on body shots

- mini crits on headshots

- -75% clip size
