Doesn't it kinda look like the gatling laser from FO4? Is it just me?

You can, but the item is from Dead Space.
Someone should make the shredder bayonet minigun

i think fallout 4 is the first game with the tri barrel mod tho, i dont know all too well tho i only have new vegas and 4 and i only played new vegas for a little bit until i got 4
