I'll start of by giving one.
+ Upon Exposure to flame from this weapon for 2 continous Seconds, will freeze the person being damaged, NOT ALLOWING THEM TO TURN OR MOVE
+airblast cost only 10 instead of 20
+25% Blast damage resistence, when active
-35% less flame + afterburn Damage
But yeah I didn't suggest new stats cause valve comes up with them.
I had in mind something that did extra damage but had a shorter range.
lets say:
+15% Damage
-20% Range
-10 Seconds That Enemies Burn
-Cost more ammo
+15% range
+25% crit chance
-25% afterburn damage
-10% max ammo
-25% afterburn damage
50% less ammo used to airblast
50% faster airblast speed (as in the airblast goes keeps going faster)
-no airblast
Ether that, or it is an airblast only primary with a decrease in airblast refire delay and airblast cost and an increase in airblast push force but can't get ammo from dispensers while active (must swap to different weapon to get ammo from dispensers for it). Would make soldiers, demos and demo-knights think twice about attacking a pyro with it.

No Airblasts
Burning some one slows them down something like the nastascha
But! The slowness is only removed when the Fire is Put Out...
