You could be using another mod (i.e. ark advanced) that remaps jerky sneakily as its the easiest way to overcome jerky crafting using their custom crafters, but its also the worst though easiest method.
To override its change, make sure u re-order this mod to load first before that in your mod priority list.
Otherwise it could be your meat stacks arnt changed to use the new ones. Make sure u discard all old meat stacks and dont use them.

The mod is set as the number one priority at the moment and the meat used is meat farmed today. The other mods are stairs and rounded walls, gatemod, auto torches, pimp my dino, no collision structures and ecoTrees LITE. Any known bugs between your mod and either one of these?

I am currently having this same problem on my server. Made new preserving bin's and left the appropriate materials in the bin overnight and no jerky. This mod is the ONLY one on my server currently, i have no conflicting mods.

@Naelain You must be still using the old meats? those wont work. Try discarding all your old meat stacks, then gather new ones. Also remember to rebuild your bin.

@Valkyrja Nope, those mods should be fine, i've used some of them before as well. Maybe u missed the last step is to rebuild your preserving bin so it refreshes its engram craftings. Also double check that you didn't combine new meat with old meat stacks, otherwise they will change into old meats. Best to discard all your old meat stacks, u can tell from the stack sizes if its the smaller size one means its old.

I found the problem! apparently all the materials has to be new, not only the meat. a guy on our server that just started made his without any issues. So issue solved! :) Thank you sincerely for your help.

Same problem and this was caused by our industrial grill being from before this mod, so only old preserving bins made jerky, while new ones didn't. Glad this topic is here or I would have been at a loss why this was happening.
