EDIT: The mod author has updated this mod (thanks for that, Walker) so the fix is no longer needed. Original post is kept in case somebody wants to modify a different voice pack so it can be used for SPARKS; for this the instructions are the same except for the exact location of the file but that can be found with a little digging in the \SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\268500 folder.

Until the mod author updates this mod to work with Sparks (or somebody else makes their own version) here is a fix I copied here from the comment section.

Thanks to Deathsdoom for posting the fix and to [RQ] StuballZ for telling us the location of the file.

The file you need is called "XComContent.ini" and it's found in the same drive and directory where you install the game. It should be something along the lines of \SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\637647287\Config.

When you open the ini in notepad you'll see this:


Change it to this:


Save and exit. It should work for your Sparkies now :)
