Good Idea! But...
The name, I think if you change it to something like, Safeless Scissors or something other than the whole mom thing. Then it would be perfect!

I think if you fall with these equipped, you should die. Mother always said dont run with scissors!

Although it would be a strong debuff, I think it would be funny if it decreased your move speed :P

something like conniver's cutters or serating scissors or spy's seraters or something like that...

adding blood to it would look cool too as well as it saying something like boston or red sox on it
