slower move speed. on hit; target bleeds for however long. when you die; scissors go through your body (wouldent be said in discription, like a funney thing though; he trips and falls ontop of them).

I would say since the theme is that of a pair of scissors that maybe the scissors could cut through the disguise of an enemy spy getting rid of the enemy spy's current disguise and momentarily disable the disguise function. While still on the topic then maybe shorten the amount of time to cloak, de-cloak and disguise. In that respect the downsides I think should be in it would be that the knife itself would do a pitiful amount of regular stab damage when there is no backstab. also when hit by knockback the spy could take damage

a speed debuff wouldnt really be the best idea since the spy cant really win a foot race as is
