Crafting issue

When you craft the 25x you get ripped off & only get one in return, it then spoils & drops anywhere between 3 to 10 items from what u crafted, So you never get the 25 that you crafted, but it costs you the amout for 25x, Can you fix this asap as its broken & unusable atm. thanks
