Server is paid for 3 months at a time and has been running for 8 months, server has a 20 player limit but can be increased to 50 or 70 if needed. Server is kept up to date, but I sleep and work. There should not be any extended down times past that.

Do not use excessive profanity in global, just don't I am old and do not have much patience ;) I have a granddaughter that watches me play the server from time to time.
