I am running the same settings with the update mod list and mod order you indicated in the your discussion post. However I have not been able to find any dinos over lvl 100. You stated that you never raised the difficulty but isn't that what controls the spawning levels?

run a destroywilddinos command and it should respawn everything at the proper levels. also make sure that the epic level mod is the first one underneath the map
