Anything tek or ascendant gives you back so much resource you never have to gather materials again, it's at least 10x or more. It's obviously exploitable but it's not preventable, you recycle something you made and this happens. Telling people not to recycle their items is silly considering the mod is there so our only choice will be to remove it if it isn't fixed. Looking through the comments and discussions this has been a problem since at least May of this year which leads me to believe it won't be fixed any time soon.
